track order sometimes gets mixed up after edting in mp3 tag

I have a few albums that before I edited in mp3 tag, showed up in normal track order from 1-10 in windows. Afterward, after an edit, the first rack number one would get put at the bottom after the last track. ie; before import to mp3tag;

Album; 6 tracks; in windows would look like;
01
02
03
04
05
06

After mp3tag edit; in windows would look like;
02
03
04
05
06
01

You are looking at Explorer behaviour that has nothing to do with MP3tag but how the explorer displays modifications.
Have you pressed F5 in the explorer?
And if so, has the order been restored?
By which criteria do you sort the files? Modification date?
So many questions.
