tracknumbers are always saved in v2

Hi,

may it be possible that this old bug is back?

If I use the tracknumber-assistant, it always writes IDv.2 Tags, even if it woudn't be necessary.

Any ideas?

No, no ideas. Mp3tag writes no ID3v2 tags here, if the [color]ID3v2 only if ID3v1 too small[/color] option is enabled.

I have that option activated. It seems that it always writes ID3v2 when there isn'T already a v1 Tag and maybe sometimes even when there already is one.

BTW: I have updated to 2.17i and the problem hasn't vanished!
