Transfering actions to from Mac to new Mac

I apologise if this is covered, I've tried finding the info and I'm likely missing something simple.
How do I transfer my actions from my MacBook to my Mac Mini?
All the guides I saw were about migrating from Windows, not between two OSX installs.
