Unable to connect to Musicbrainz: error 12030

Hi all,

I am unable to connect to musicbrainz with v2.99a, but I am able to connect to Discogs.

If I click through Tag Sources|Cover Art|Discogs I get search results, so mp3tag has an internet connection.

If I click through Tag Sources|Cover Art|MusicBrainz I always get the following popup:

Error connecting to server: musicnrainz.org

12030: WinHttpReceiveResponse: 12030: The
connection with the server was terminated abnormally.

The Options|Network|Timeout set to 15. The error pop-up happens immediately.
However, I am able to go to the MusicBrainz web site with my Chrome browser an perform searches.

Any ideas on how to diagnose what is going on?
