Unable to drag from Itunes

Morning,

I am not an expert at this and have been looking how to convert albums from itunes to sd to play in my car with album art.

It has been ok as i have downloaded 4 albums and dragged them to MP3 TAG, got the art and then dragged them bag onto the sd card.

However the last 2 i have done will not drag onto the MP3TAG window and the window box open & closes so quick i have no idea what the problem is

Any advice

Could you check in the status bar at the bottom how may files are loaded and how many are displayed?
My wild guess is that Mp3tag loads the files fine but you have still a filter active which does not match the files.
So press F3 to switch off the filter. If the files then show, remove the filter criteria.
