Just to get this straight: the Windows explorer is no (real) tagging tool. It is not clear to me: does the WE refuse to add data to that property? Or did you add data in MP3tag and don't see it in the Windows Explorer?

It's not possible to add support for an unsupported tag field via the mapping options.
