Unicode support Win98

Hello Florian,

I whished I had Windows XP, but I just have Win98.
So I can't use the latest version of Mp3Tag becuase you stopped developing for Win98.
Do you now that it's also possible to develop Unicode programs for Win98?
It take's some more work than for the newer operating systems, but it is possible.
Maybe you will look into it so that Win98 users can also use the latest version of your nice program.

Hello John,

yes, I know that it's possible to work-around the limitations of Win98. Unfortunately I don't want to invest the additional effort - so the last version for Win98 will stay v2.32a.
