Update WSF help on UserAgent

Not so much an app bug but something that's missing from the help pages.

UserAgent was added in 2011 but I'm sort of confused how it works but the WSF help pages don't mention it.

Even from the changelog description, I don't really know what it does. Are there only 2 values for this? 0 or 1?

Fixed and added. And yes, if set to 1, Mp3tag uses its name and version number as user agent, e.g., Mp3tag/3.04.

Thanks. And if it's 0 then it's the same as having no [useragent] at all?

Yes, it then uses an intentionally undocumented generic user agent.
