Updating title field based on another field

I would like to unconditionally replace the existing Title field with the string "Episode %track%". I'm new to MP3Tag and I think I need to use the Replace Action but I can't work out what should be in the "Original" field. I assume "Episode %track%" should be in the "Replace with:" field?

Format string: Episode %track%
