How can I filter-in all tracks having FIDELITY not equal to "CDA"?

This fails:

EDIT: Though F1 Help file:///S:/Tools/Mp3tag/help/main_filter.html says this should work, I now wonder if that's the wrong help for this version. If the filter syntax is changed in that Help, can anyone tell me the correct syntax for this version? I don't want to change version.

NOT %fidelity% IS "CDA"
