I just installed v3.15 on Windows 11. Before installing, I uninstalled v3.14. After installing, I noticed that the Mp3Tag entry in the folder context menu in explorer is missing.
Does it reappear if you restart explorer.exe via the context-menu in Windows Task Manager?
