What Happened To Dark Mode?

I am using V. 3.15.

Several previous versions going back maybe 6 months have supported DARK MODE. However when I first opened V. 3.15 I see that it doesn't show Dark Mode.

My system:
Win 10 Pro
Version 22H2
OS build 19045.2075
Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

The default of my system is DARK MODE.

Exploring the View menu doesn't show any option for Light or Dark Mode.

Any help would be appreciated.

From the v3.17 changelog:

[2022-07-28] FIX: dark mode wasn't properly detected on Windows 10 build 19045.

Please update to the latest version.

File>Options>Appearance
