Where do I add my Actions in Win10

After some crashes I'm at a new computer, now with Win 10.
I have managed to locate all my actions (50?) from my old computer wreckage...

I have done this before but not in Win 10... Where do I add my actions to get everything working?

Could be a stupid question but I long for the answer...
