Where Is or What Happened To "Preserve timestamps ..."

What happened to or where is the Option to
"Preserve timestamps of modified files"
(Mp3tag will keep the modification date of the files, when writing or removing tags.)

I see a Jul'19 Support answer but can't find the Option in v3.09

Options -> General -> Preserve file modification time when saving tags
