Why the character "&" can't be added in the titles of my TAGS Panel

Hello everyone, I tried to write directly this character "&", which does not appear, in one of the titles of the TAGS Panel and I wrote the Unicode Character: u0026=&, it does not appear, does anyone have an explanation ...

I did a search on the Mp3tag site and found that Florian gave this method to a user & it works...

You may have noticed that the following letter gets an underscore and works now as keyboard hotkey.
