Windows explorer extension is no longer working after Win 11 PRO update in 3.30 release

I had a working release 3.30 with context menu working in the explorer on a mp3 file. The MP3tag context menu is no longer visible.
I de-installed and reinstalled releases 3.29 and 3.30 in 64 and 32 bit versions.
No change, the context menu entry disappeared.

Drag & drop of mp3 files still works, so I suspect a change in the explorer extension mechanism or such.

I use this feature a lot, so I really miss it.

Right-click context menu is missing on Windows 11 Assuming you've already restarted explorer.exe via the right-click context menu in Task Manager (or have rebooted Windows), this is happening sometimes on Windows 11 for reasons which I still trying to find out. What might help in those cases and when the classic context menu is preferred, is to manually register the shell extension from a command prompt with admin rights: cd <path to Mp3tag installation> regsvr32 Mp3tagShell.dll

yes, I have restarted win11 warm and cold, no change.
I have the installed 64bit version in use.
I could register the explorer extension by hand successfully.
