Many thanks for the details on the issue and the example queries — those helped me to reproduce the issue locally (with the German version of the WS).
I've changed the composition of URLs in Web Sources Framework to use the Encoding and WordSeparator values from Tag Source definition with Mp3tag for Mac v1.8.2.
