[X] 2.39c - 'Defaultvalues'-menu still there, but not actions-menu

Hi,

in the changelog for version 2.39c you mentioned that the "default values" menu was removed from the settings. But it's still there.

But therefor you deleted the Actions-menu. It's no longer accessible. Only via right click on a file.

Could you please fix thix.

No. If you read the changelog it says
CHG: removed menu item 'Default values in input fields'.
and
CHG: removed obsolete option dialogs for converters and actions.

And this is intended.
