[X] APEv2 tags are deleted from M4A files

I use APEv2 tags on all files including M4A, MP3, FLAC, etc. I don't have "Remove APEv2 tags" selected in the options, yet clicking Save after modifying some information deletes the entire tag. This only appears to occur with M4A files.
