[X] can't get columns to display correctly

Hello!

I have gone through the appropriate steps to customize my columns, and according to the menu where I choose them, I should see nine columns. But only four of them appear when I click OK. None of them are "hidden", and I can't figure out what's going wrong to make this happen. The fields appear correctly in the left hand panel, but the right hand panel does not display all the columns I've chosen to view.

I'd appreciate any help with this.
