I used the filter %_covers% MISSING. [image] I brought in the existing column titled Cover and if I remove the filter and sort by the column Cover, some that have cover art show a 1 and others that have cover art are blank. [image]

Thanks for the screenshots, very helpful! It looks like those files are showing cover art from the folder, not from the metadata embedded in the files. To prevent this, you'd need to enable the configuration option Options → Tags → Don’t display first image from file directory as cover art …

I did that and refreshed the view. It doesn’t seem to have helped. Here is my real issue that I had apparently blacked out of my head. My cover art is wrong on so many albums. I’m not sure how this happened. Is there any way to fix that besides going through one by one?
