All video cover I was add, is disabled or removed after add title or album

Hello,

All video covers I was add for some video files, is some removed and some disabled to show, after I add Album words or title words, to all videos.

Is this a question for the WIndows or the Mac version of MP3tag?

I don't know what you mean by "some". Do you mean some video files of different types or the same type but different files?
What would be the difference between the ones that work and those that don't?

In Mp3tag?
In the Windows File Explorer?
In a 3rd party application? Which one?

Thanks for fast reply, some of those files the cover is removed, and other of files have cover can see inside mp3tag but in windows 11 explorer not.

Looks a lot like a Windows Explorer problem - which MP3tag probably cannot fix.
You would have to find out if there are hidden files in folders where the covers show or if there are differences in the file types.
With so little information at the moment, it is only guess work.

All video files are same type of codec , MP4, H2.64, when I try again with other folder have video files , same problem happened again.

In same folder explorer some of video files have a cover, but all of other video files who I add tags name or album name, removed the cover if I make that for a lot of more than one file in same time.
