Batch rename folder names using Tag->Tag feature

So I was following this guide to do the above. But I keep on getting a prompt when the origin folder is the same as the destination?

How do I to tell Mp3Tag to skip files/albums where the origin is the same as destination?

You would have to use a naming scheme that does not produce existing file names.
For further help it would be useful to see the format string that you use in Convert>Tag-Tag and the extended tags dialogue for a typical file.
"Typical" means: all the tag fields that you use in the format string are filled.
