Bug for Sequoia 15.7.4

Mp3tag 1.13.1 on macOS Sequoia 15.7.4 shows “Please move Mp3tag to your Applications folder” even though it is installed at /Applications/Mp3tag.app.
mdfind "kMDItemFSName == 'Mp3tag.app'" returns only /Applications/Mp3tag.app.
spctl --assess -vv /Applications/Mp3tag.app returns accepted, source=Notarized Developer ID, origin Florian Heidenreich.
codesign -dv /Applications/Mp3tag.app shows valid TeamIdentifier SX5YR25689.
Reinstalling from a freshly unzipped download gives the same result.

Mac Installation

I just downloaded the free trial version from the web siteto my MacBook Air (Catalina 10.5.17) but am unable to launch the app as it needs to be moved to the Applications folder. This option doesn't appear to be presented by Finder in the target Applications folder when I select the MP3TAG package from the Downloads for Copying. It's probably due to some oversight on my behalf or maybe I need to install the product from the AppStore. Any suggestions you have would be much appreciated. Thanks
