The export configurations cannot be edited in the Windows Store version. Clicking File>Export>Edit results in notepad saying "The system cannot find the path specified".
It looks like apps from the Microsoft Store are not allowed to open external applications. For the moment, you could try editing the files directly or revert to the standalone version of Mp3tag.
