So this error happened when I tried to add cover for my song like usual, and this message suddenly pop up and now I cant change anything even the title. All of my song is in mp3 type and just happened recently. I tried to used foobar2000 to see if there any errors in the files but it come up fine. I also used lockhunter to see if any application are locking the file but the only thing there is window explorer, which i think isn’t really the problem. I’m not really a tech guy so this have been very irritating. If somebody has any clues or solution, it would be much appreciate (sorry for my bad English if the wording in this post is confusing)
P/s: I have tried using foobar2000 to add cover instead but it come up saying “access denied” so must be related somehow
Is saw the use of foobar - but apparently it does not help: even though this check says the file is ok, it does not behave like that is OK. So I recommend that you at least install mp3diags and let it scan the file.
I just check and it were sign in as my username and not “admin”. Before this i also used this account to edit tag and it went just fine.

Looks to me like you have a general problem with access rights in your environment.
Please take care that you install the programs with the same user with which you want to use it.
The same applies to files that should be modified: you have to take care that the current user has full access, preferably is also the owner.
FINALLY ! THANK YOU SO MUCH ! The problem is that somehow my user wasn’t given the full control for mp3tag. So i change it and now its working properly again. Again tks for the help
