Create a string to delete part of Album title

i have an action I created which works, but I can't undo the action. I want to delete part of he Album title I created.

Action:

Field: Album
Format String
Collection Of %albumartist%: %album%

Results:

Collection Of Jon B: Stronger Everyday

I want to delete all title to show the album only. Removing, in this case, Collection Of Jon B: and just leave the Album Title

I've created a few action but none of them deletes the title.
