It´s saying the same except for the time 12:22:12 (32-bit)

This is not exactly the same because there are two different Mp3tag versions:
The one is for (older) 32-bit systems -> usually installed in C:\Program Files (x86)
The other one is for (newer) 64-bit systems -> usually installed in C:\Program Files

My version is the 64-bit-variant, downloaded from here with the name
mp3tagv319-x64-setup.exe

and yours seems to be the 32bit-version:
mp3tagv319setup.exe

I assume, that you currently have a mixed installation for both versions.

Please check the following:
Do you find Mp3tag in both of your local folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)
and
C:\Program Files

Please follow the instructions here:

I deleted all the MP3tags and downloaded the 64-bit
It is still not showing the album cover box?

You also need to manually delete the
%appdata%\Mp3tag
folder after deinstallation and before you install the 64-bit-version again.

IMPORTANT:
Please backup your Mp3Settings.zip (created from File -> Save configuration) before deleting the above folder. Just in case...

I deleted all the MP3tag s and reloaded
I now have the album photo box
