Field for Metadata Tags Within Mp3tag

I've been using this software to organize my video collection, which I know isn't the intended purpose, but the software is very good. I have typically been using the Metadata tags under "Properties > Details > Tags" on Windows, but I can't seem to find what this equates to within Mp3tag within existing or user-defined columns.
I've tried asking other places online because I'm not very good with technical terminology for audio and I didn't want to disrupt this site where people seem to be experts. I apologize if this has been asked before.

I've included images to show what I mean. I just want to know how I can view tags in this field within Mp3tag.

I see. Thank you for the information!
In the 5th image you sent, is that your view on Mp3tag, or is that within your File Explorer? The column "MP4-Markierung" is the one I want visibility on in Mp3tag.

Just another thread on this problem which mentions "Tags":

I was wondering if someone can help me regarding creating a field that directly reflects Windows Explorer File Properties for MP4 files. When I use MetaX on an MP4 file, any entry added into the "Director," "Producers," "Screenwriters," "Rating," "Subtitle" and "Stars" fields is directly pushed into the Windows Explorer File properties. I want to apply that same settings on MP3Tag for MP4 files, if possible. I also want to fields for "Publisher," "Content provider," "Encoded by," "Author URL,…

In short it means that MP3tag does not support these properties.

I see. That's a shame, but it makes sense with this software being designed for audio.

Do you happen to know a program that does handle this field? I really love Mp3tag, but not being able to access this field is really slowing down my personal work. I see mention of MetaX not being able to handle this field either, and now I'm just wondering if there's any program that does or if this is just untouchable metadata.

It is designed to cope with certain standard tag formats ...
Apparently, Microsoft has invented something special that no-one else in the world uses.
Esp. when looking at the meager support of other file and tag formats in the WIndows Explorer, I would look for programs that offer similar functions but in more widely spread tag fields and not just the Microsoft custom ones.
There are other programs that follow a similar path and sink vital information in binary field structures that can only be interpreted by these programs (and no-one else).
For me that would be a dead end.
