Just updated my mp3tag editor to the newest version. I edited the tags on my music files as I have before, saved them, then moved the files back to my phone. My phone wouldn't show any of the updated tag info on the song when it was playing or in the list. If I went to the tracks properties it would show all of the info I entered though. But it showed 'UTF-16' at the top. So I read through some of these help articles and tried changing it to ID3.v2 ISO option and resaved all the files as the article suggested, nothing changed. Now none of my files will play on my computer or phone. My phone says it doesn't support the files format and my computer says its either the files format or it is corrupted. I have been scrolling through all these articles for hours and looking for an answer but I can't find anything that actually fixes my issue and all the articles are 5+ years old. Can someone please tell me how to fix this so I can have my songs back? Thanks!
Boy, that's frustrating! Can you provide some more info? Sounds like these are mp3s? What players on phone and pc? Can you post screenshots of the error messages?

And as we cannot look over your shoulder, screenshots usually help a lot.
