See pic, this is the first time I've seen non-standard fonts used in a title. How would one do that or go about removing them w/ MP3Tag? They also seem to extend to the filename in file manager!

I think in MP3Tag there is no really feasable way to change these characters to standard-ascii.
Someone with the abilities could write an external script to do so.
But there are online tools with which you can change the characters like this tool
You could copy the title strings to this tool and replace the title in Mp3Tag with the conversion result per C&P.
After doing so you can rename the filename with the converter Tag->Filename and the format string:
%track% - %artist% - %title%
or any other format string that suits your naming conventions.
Apparently I was able to just type in the title field and when I overtyped them the text was regular ascii so I just retyped them all. Thanks.
