Genre configuration missing?

Am I going nuts or has the Option to configure genres gone away?
I am running 3.20 and the Options doesn't have Genre in the list of Headings.
If I search google for MP3Tag genre, I get this Genres – Mp3tag Documentation
But this is not linked from the parent page!

Please someone help or show my domestic blindness lacks
