Thank you for the screenshot. As there are so many fields like the barcode or catalognumber, I am not sure what the player uses to identify the album. It may be worth a try to use a copy of the original file in which you strip all fields but the basic ones and then see if the player shows more of …

What phone? What app? If you open the Extended Tags window in mp3tag does the highlight song show the correct art? Does the artwork box show there is more than 1 cover?
