How to disable the auto import files at start MP3TAG ? because when I try to clear the window of files after imported it's deleted all files !!.

See the Options Ctrl-O >Directories and set MP3tag to start in an empty folder.
I do not see the purpose for that.
Still, if you press Del the files are only removed from the file list but not the file system.
Do delete files according to your OS settings, you would have to press Ctrl-Del

I using the windows installed on MacBook, so the Mac Keyboard didn't have Del key, so I have to select all files by mouse then select delete .
And if you select "Remove" instead to clear the list?
You still have not revealed why you have to clear the list.
As soon as you load the next set of files these replace the currently loaded files. So you would save 1 intermediate step.
The function with the Ctrl key is the more severe one: it deletes the files from the file system. If you have pressed simply Del then the files would only have been removed but not deleted.
When using Windows on Mac laptops without full keyboard, the Del key is Fn+Delete.
