How to Export Multiple Artist As Multi HTML link

In artist tag, I want to export artists as a link separated by comma.

e.g.

if artist tag is "Artist A, Artist B, Artist C"

result should be " Artist A, Artist B, Artist C"

May I get the code/syntax for the same.

Absolutely brilliant idea, but I have some problem as I wanted to create links as below-

if artist tag is "Artist A, Artist B, Artist C"

result should be " Artist A, Artist B, Artist C"

and I couldn't do with replace function, how to do please any code/syntax for the same.
