As the title says, I’m back on here and have downloaded from apple store. But then it says it needs to work form applications. how do I move it from where it is in finder to applications? I’ve tried to drag and drop, it doesn’t work. this is how much i struggle with computers.
If you download the app from the Mac App Store it should already appear in your Applications folder. I think there is no way to make the Mac App Store app download apps to the Downloads folder.
Have you maybe downloaded a trial version via my website?
I think I’ve got the free trial version filed under “Tag editor 2” 70.8 mb. I also have MP3 Tag 22.7mb, I’m not sure where that came from! Tag Editor gives me the option to drag and drop files. Is that the one I should b using?

If not done automatically, the zip is extracted to a file named Mp3tag.app (or just Mp3tag) and need to be moved to Applications in Finder to function correctly.
Right, i’ve at last managed to get the program to open, and have dragged and dropped 10 test songs to the tag editor page. What next? I need to delete unwanted numbers and parenthesis from before the song titles. I found that to drag and drop on Macbook pro I have to hold the ALT key to drag songs across. what next?
