I updated from 32 to 64bit, can I delete the 32bit version without deleting my settings? Thanks!

Hard to say.
Did you follow the notes on switching from 32- to 64-bit?

I did not. Thanks for the heads up. I thought I just hadn't updated in awhile.

As it is not quite clear what kind of installation you had before and where that saved the configuration, the safest way would be to proceed as described in the extra notes which I linked above.
Save the former configuration in a separate place, other than the program folder,
de-install the 32-bit version,
install the 64-bit version,
Run it once,
transfer the saved settings to the configuration folder (which you can open with a function in the File menu).
Restart MP3tag and everything should be fine.
