Matroska files not showing up

Hi, I just wonder...
Is mkv and mka not yet implemented?
I remember it working on the win version, right?

However in macOS i don't get any output to the main window.
It says it's reading tags from files, though. They just don't show up.

it's not supported with Mp3tag for Mac, see here for already existing discussion:

The freshly release version 1.0 of Mp3tag for Mac doesn’t support MKV. It’s a very complex format and brings with it also the need to support chapters in a reasonable way. At the moment, I’m not 100% happy with how the Windows version is handling chapters and would like to improve the situation when tackling this for the Mac version. It’s on my list for a future release.

I've just released Mp3tag for Mac v1.9 with support to view and edit metadata of Matroska audio (MKA), Matroska video (MKV), and WebM files. Support for chapters in Matroska is on my internal wish list.
