MP3Tag refuses to overwrite tags created by other editor in wav files

I tried MP3Editor to wav file saved by ‘Wave Corrector’ with ‘Title’ filled already filled by default. MP3Tag refuses to overwrite tag. I have to delete all the tags in file, then only I am able to write new tags. Please help.

Does MP3tag read (and show) that field?
What kind of tags (riff, mpeg, pcm etc) does the other editor write?
