New To Mac App, Looking For Remove Tag Button For Toolbar

Hi all, long time user of Mp3Tag on windows and windows VM’s on Macs and recently decided to try out the Mac native build. Honestly really impressed so far with v1.9.6 running on 10.14 Mojave looks great with dark mode, however I can’t seem to find the red “X” button (Remove Tag) anywhere in the Toolbar icons or settings. In windows we had the Save Tag and Remove Tag icons right there next to each other and it was very convenient. Am I missing where this button is?

I do already understand that by highlighting a file, and either right clicking → Remove Tag or using the button combo CMD+OPT+DEL will perform the Remove Tag command, but I have been using the convenient Save and Remove buttons on the toolbar for well over a decade and would like to use it on the Mac version if possible.

Also yes I tried creating an action that was “Remove All Except…” and then added “%dummy%” as the field (per another thread suggestion from the Win version) and it looks like it works similarly I think but then instead of one button its in the Actions dropdown button menu and it feels silly not to have just the regular Remove Tag X button as an option on the Toolbar.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Oh, and - the ability to resize the List Font Size is great, I’m using a lower resolution for my old blind eyes so this app displays a bit larger compared to the old ver I am using on WIndows. I adjusted the window down in size as much as possible without clipping text boxes but… Is it possible to make the Tag Panel fonts smaller to match the List Panel? This would save more screen real estate and I noticed the Album art is just responsive to the width of the Tag Panel which is pretty cool, but is there a way to set that as a set static smaller size as well?

Thanks for your feedback!

I've added the Remove Tag toolbar icon with Mp3tag for Mac v1.9.7 (available via right click on the toolbar, Customize Toolbar...)

thank you for the quick response! I checked it out quick and looks like the button works great on the new version.
