Not appearing in context menu on new install

Hello, I was going to post a 'I need help post' but I actually fixed the issue myself, so instead I'm posting my findings in case someone gets has the same issue and comes across this

The issue was that upon a new install of Mp3tag (3.27 on a new laptop) it wasn't appearing in the context menu

What I tried:
-Replacing it with the old version from my last laptop, (v3.17) - no use it was definitely not fault of the app
-The command line method mentioned in this thread: MP3Tag no longer in context menu Win11 - "OK, as a last resort you can try manually registering the shell extension from a command prompt with admin rights: cd regsvr32 Mp3tagShell.dll", I got an error when trying it, I expect I did something wrong so maybe it'll work for others
-Restarting my laptop (probably should have done this first) - didn't help
-Then as a Hail Mary I didn't expect to work I tried the seemingly stupid method mentioned in the same thread to restart File Explorer in Task Manager - this method worked immediately, completely sorted

TLDR: if the context menu isn't installing it might sound stupid but restarting File Explorer via the Task Manager can actually help

Thanks for your feedback.

For future readers:

Thanks for sharing your findings. In addition, I recently learned (by experiencing it myself) that some context-menu items don't show up on the first click, but require a second try to appear.

Here's at least one additional person that shares this observation: Everyday Windows annoyances: The mercurial context menu

I thought I would add my experience to the list. A few months ago I updated from windows 10 to 11. That went better than I expected and Mp3Tag worked, but its link was put in the second level of the explorer context menu. About a week ago I updated Mp3 tag to v3.30. I got the error below and context menu link was gone. I tried deleting and reinstalling Mp3Tag, restoring Windows to a previous restore point, deleting every file I could find associated with Mp3tag. Nothing made a difference, Mp3Tag worked as it always had except for the explorer context menu link. Then I ran across this post suggesting to restart explorer from task manager. It seemed crazy but I gave it a try and it worked. Not only that but it moved to the first level of the context menu, exactly what I wanted.

I have used Mp3Tag for some time and its always been stable. Florian did a great job. I don’t know if this is a bug or something I did when I installed the update but if anyone understands I would be interested.
