Problems by managing .mp3 files

Hi everyone,
I use the 326d 64bit version of MP3Tag and already in previous versions I have experienced some problem with files in .mp3 format, that is, only the file name of these files is imported in MP3Tag while the other fields (for example Title, Artist, etc.) remain blank.
If I use the CONVERT\Filename-Tag command to automatically fill in the Title and the Artist fields, the change is not accepted.
The same thing happens if I try to manually fill in the blank fields; after saving, MP3Tag does not accept the changes.
Below you can find the link to a file among those that gave me this type of problem.
I don't appear to have changed any MP3Tag settings, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much

Thanks for the file.

If you open it in Mp3tag and then press Alt+T you see in the "Extended Tags" that you use APE tags:

Do you really need this APE tags to adjust the loudness of your tracks?

If you are not sure about this tags, you should read this very helpful topic:
(written in German, please use an online translator if necessary)

A long but very useful reading.
Problem solved!
Thank You LyricsLover!

Thanks for the feedback.

Just for the record:
What is your solution?

I unchecked all the "ape" options in the sections OPTION\TAG\ and OPTION\APE, MPC...

(too fast to type)
and then I restarted MP3Tag.
My rough solution helped, but I'm a little bit confused now, because if I undo the changes, everything is anyway fine.

These options now only ignore the existence of your APE tags
If you don't read them anymore they will not be displayed anymore.

In your case, the file contains the same information twice:
4 x as TXXX tag
and
4 x as APE tags
