Unwanted hyphens at beginning of filenames

Hi I'm new to this and haven't been able to sort this on my own I have a bunch of filenames with 2 hyphens at the beginning that I would like to remove, any ideas? thanks

Could you please show us a real life sample (with a screenshot or manually written example filename)?

Does your filename actually look like this:
