I have a bunch of old CDs that I ripped onto my computer years ago. Most of the basic metadata is accurate (it was matched with iTunes Match) such that it pulls the basic album artwork in Apple Music. What it does not do, is pull the new fancy animated artwork. I noticed that the ITUNESALBUMID was different and I updated that, but it still pulls the old standard artwork. Are there specific metadata fields that need to be updated for old ripped CDs such that it pulls the animated artwork? Are there populated fields that should be deleted? Note: for newer ripped CDs I have no issue pulling the animated artwork.
