If you try to load a drive root directory (for example, W:\), no files are displayed in the file list.
This happens whether or not "Subdirectories" is check-marked at Options > Directories.
This is new behaviour, starting with ver 2.91a.
I suspect this is caused by the changes made to stop loading files from the recycle bin.

Thanks for reporting! I was trying to solve the issue by testing for the system and hidden attributes, but I guess this was overly optimistic.
Seems like I need to perform some serious shell-fu, to detect if a directory is a recylce bin or not. I'll keep you posted.
