Request: Option to disable auto MP4 chapter generation

Would it be possible to have an option to disable the MP4 chpl chapter generation (mentioned in your comment here) introduced with v2.92? It's very minor, but it means my media player (MPC-HC) now shows

Title    Song Name
Chapter  Song Name (1/1)
Artist   Artist Name

in its info box instead of just the title and artist lines. Of course, the chapters are easily removed with "Strip MP4 chapters" context option, but not adding them on file save would be more convenient for my use case.

I've changed this behavior with Mp3tag v2.93a, so that no chpl atom is created automatically if Apple gapless data is found.
